How to Feel Better
Science-Backed Strategies for Mental Wellbeing
Â
A live online session with Dr David R Hamilton
Â
Many of us know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, low, disconnected, or simply not quite ourselves.
And while there’s no single magic solution, research has shown that there are simple, practical things we can do to support our mental wellbeing.
In this live online session, I'll share share some of the science-backed strategies that have helped me personally, along with many others I've encountered through my research, writing, and speaking over the years.
This is not therapy, and it’s not a substitute for professional mental health support. It’s a warm, practical, evidence-based session designed to give you tools you can begin using in everyday life.
Who is this for?
This session is for anyone who would like practical, science-backed ways to support their mental wellbeing.
It may be especially helpful if you’ve been feeling stressed, stretched, anxious, emotionally tired, disconnected, or simply in need of some gentle, useful tools.
You don’t need any previous knowledge of science, psychology, or meditation.
Just bring yourself, a notebook if you like, and a willingness to explore what might help.
