Videos are between 5-25 minutes long and together they approach the subject of self-love from a number of different angles, helping you to develop a real and authentic sense of self-love / self-esteem.
There's 14 lessons and 16 practical exercises spread throughout the 6 modules.
There's a downloadable audio (mp3) of all lessons and exercises that allows you to listen to the content on your smartphone, tablet, or mp3 player Ā on the go or at your leisure.
You haveĀ lifetime access to all content on the site and the Live sessions are recorded, so you can do the course at your own pace and return to it as often as you wish for as long as you wish.
